About us
Darjeeling Dialogues is a platform devoted to inspiring and motivating youths, usually in the form of engaging online and offline talks. Darjeeling Dialogues hosted its first event in November 2022 as a symposium to Prepare Today’s Youth For Tomorrow’s World. With the spotlight on the changing trends in employment and how youth need to prepare to be successful in this digital world.
Darjeeling Dialogues is a community that welcomes people from every discipline who passionately seeks to give back to society, mentor youths and help change their perspectives and their lives and ultimately make this world a better place for future generations. We are a community of like-minded souls driven by our goal to inspire our youths to Dream Big and help light up the path to making their dreams real.
Darjeeling Dialogues is an initiative of Garul and Chandrawati Dewan Foundation, a Public Charitable Trust registered with the District-Sub-Registrar Office in Darjeeling under the West Bengal Registration Rule 1962. To date, Garul and Chandrawati Dewan Foundation have established 25 community computer learning centres reaching out to ~600 children and have clocked ~40K hours of computer training.
